Conclusions

Quality Assessment: Outstanding. This wine is very well balanced between acidity and residual sugar, it is sweet and luscious, but the acidity makes it refreshing. Aroma and flavours are complex, covering wide range of primary notes.

Bottle Ageing: Not suitable for bottle ageing. This wine is made to be drunk fresh, so no development or growth will happen in terms of quality or fruit complexity. It is made by tank method variation so drink it now or in maximum 1 to 2 years, but only if the quality is really high as this wine is.

Final Remarks

It’s very special, it is complex, refreshing and deep in aroma and flavour. “Triple A” is created in Italy to go against the industrialised way of producing wines. The 3 A stand for Agriculture, Artisans and Artists and this is what Triple A wines represent, full of character, territory and craftsmanship. This is what it is, even though you will think it’s sweet and it’s sparkling Moscato so nothing special, but you will be extremely wrong, so try it and give us your comments.
