BERA Moscato d’Asti DOCG AAA is a very special wine, complex, refreshing and deep in aroma and flavour. Triple A is created in Italy to go against the industrialised way of producing wines. The 3 A stand for Agriculture, Artisans and Artists and this is what Triple A wines represent, full of character, territory and craftsmanship. This is what it is, even though you will think it’s sweet and it’s sparkling Moscato so nothing special, but you will be extremely wrong, so try it and give us your comments.

Cascina Gilli’s Barbera D’Asti is a great example of this calls of wine and the region. Grapes are only selected and coming from the oldest vineyards, which 70 years and older. Greta complexity, deep, but also refreshing and making you wanting the next glass.

This is one of the best Orange wines out there. It’s so complex, but so delicate, elegant and full of life. With every sip you explore a new world of flavours and the finish just stay so long and makes you wonder of all the flavours coming out of it. The wine see up to 12 months of skin contact in Amphora and then up to 24 months in wood. Compliments to Paolo Vodopivec!!!

The wine is fresh with predominant primary fruits, with no potential for development into tertiary aromas, this is backed up by the low level of tannins and acidity which will not allow for holding structure of future ageing.

This is an easy Tuscan wine, great for pizza and some pasta dishes, but it really shows that its made from very young vines visible in the green tannins. But if you open, pour in garafa and let it stay for next stay it will be much smoother and satisfying.
